The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, usability testing, and design user-centric solutions for web and mobile platforms. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs
- Design user flows, journey maps, and information architecture for web and mobile experiences
- Create and maintain UI components, design systems, and style guides
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research methods
- Ability to create wireframes, flowcharts, user journeys, and low-fidelity prototypes
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
