The Senior UI/UX Designer will research and design end-to-end user experiences and work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products. They will also conduct product inception with product owners and enhance products through usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Research and design end-to-end user experience
- Work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products
- Develop and implement processes and guidelines for User Experience
- Conduct product inception with product owners to understand the product requirements
- Create usable products through the understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Conduct focus group discussions and usability testing with citizens to enhance the product
Requirements
- Strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related
- Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs
- Experience in planning and conducting user research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and communicating insights
