Responsibilities
- Design user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications
- Own Figma workflows, creating and maintaining design components, libraries, and tokens for scalable design systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to improve user experience
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Requirements
- 3-5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns
- Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
