Drive the end-to-end user experiences of one of Gong’s key product areas according to user needs and business goals. Facilitate product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end user experiences of one of Gong's key product areas according to user needs and business goals
- Facilitate product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups
- Conduct usability studies to research how customers engage with our features
- Work together with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life
- Help develop, manage, and refine UX patterns and guidelines
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a UX designer, preferably in complex B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools
- A degree in a related field (HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, etc)
- A highly analytical approach with strong attention to detail
- A proven background in UX methodologies and applying user-centric design processes
- A high level of verbal and written English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Figma and other design tools - an advantage
- A portfolio of recent work
