Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Lead the UX/UI lifecycle for the Automation domain, ensuring designs are intuitive and high-quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve UX friction points and present design strategies to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI lifecycle for the Automation domain
- Partner with Product Managers, R&D, and Technical Writers
- Identify and resolve UX friction points
- Present design drafts and strategic solutions to internal teams and senior executive leadership
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B product-based company
- Proven track record of designing complex technical platforms
- Solid experience in UX research
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
