Lead the design of new features from concept to execution while conducting user research to create intuitive experiences. Maintain and evolve the design system, advocating for best practices and gathering feedback for iteration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new features from concept to final execution
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive experiences
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability
- Present design concepts and gather feedback for iteration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, data-rich applications
- Expertise in Figma, Jira, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
- Ability to translate technical constraints into elegant solutions
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with and evolving design systems
- Bachelor's degree in design, UX, Cognitive Psychology, or related field
