Senior Product Designer, Supply
Jobber Remote (đ¨đŚ Canada)
As a Senior Product Designer, you will define the end-to-end experience for integrating partner-provided products into Jobberâs workflows. You will drive the design process from discovery through delivery and iteration, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive UX strategy in close partnership with Product and Engineering
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and guide decision-making
- Design scalable, end-to-end experiences using customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed specs
- Champion a customer- and data-informed design culture, ensuring design efforts are aligned with user and business goals
- Apply AI to create dynamic, personalized product experiences for new and existing users
Requirements
- Substantial experience designing for web and/or mobile SaaS products in a collaborative team setting
- Track record of success in design or UX roles within high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions
- Proficiency in conducting and applying both qualitative and quantitative research to shape product direction
- Fluency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma, FigJam, ChatGPT, sketching)
