The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final UI delivery. They will enhance the user experience of complex financial workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Leading End-to-End Design: managing the process from research and ideation to prototyping and final UI delivery
- Building the System: Establishing and maintaining a scalable design system in Figma to ensure design consistency across all Verto products
- Researching & Validating: Conducting user research and usability testing to validate decisions, identify pain points, and implement measurable UX improvements
- Solving Complexity: Enhancing the UX of complex financial workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction for users
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B product design
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and methodologies
- High proficiency with Figma, specifically with experience building and maintaining design systems
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and running usability tests
- An analytical mindsetâyou can back up your design decisions with qualitative and quantitative data
