Lead design across Maple’s patient experience, focusing on high-impact patient-facing workflows. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction and improve design quality.

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in shaping a best-in-class care delivery experience, helping millions of Canadians navigate consultations and receive care with confidence and ease
  • Lead complex, high-impact patient-facing end-to-end experiences, operating with a high degree of autonomy from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering, influencing prioritization, framing opportunities, and guiding the long-term strategy for Maple's care delivery platform
  • Raise the bar for craft, usability, accessibility, and systems thinking, contributing to our design system and ensuring consistency across multiple surfaces and workflows
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams, using strong communication, documentation, and facilitation to help cross-functional partners make informed decisions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing end-to-end product experiences in consumer-facing SaaS
  • Strong interaction design craft and systems thinking
  • Proven ability to design accessible, inclusive, and scalable user experiences
  • Operates with high autonomy, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and making sound decisions with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable shaping clarity in ambiguous spaces, identifying patterns, defining experience principles, and framing opportunities that guide product direction
