Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will craft complex features and data visualizations for an AI-driven trust platform, ensuring that the designs drive real value for merchants. They will also contribute to the growth of the internal design system and collaborate with various teams to define solutions.
Responsibilities
- Crafting complex features, data visualisations and AI capabilities for our next-gen platform
- Contributing to the growth and scalability of our internal design system (ShadCN based)
- Partnering closely with Merchants, Product, Engineering and GTM to define solutions
- Accelerating our design-to-build workflow by utilising GenAI tools such as Claude-Code, Codex, and Lovable
- Collaborating across our global teams to align on a shared product vision
Requirements
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
- Systems thinking - understanding how design decisions ripple through a product
- Design systems experience - contributing to, maintaining, or building design systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity - thriving when requirements are unclear
- Full design lifecycle ownership - taking problems through to shipped, precision-crafted solutions using data and evidence
- Proactive and pragmatic - finding ways to improve processes without waiting for permission
