The Graphic Designer will specialize in creating print and digital materials for change management initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication. This role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide array of print and digital materials to support change management initiatives
  • Transform complex concepts into engaging visual communication pieces
  • Ensure all materials adhere to company brand guidelines and messaging
  • Create user-friendly, visually striking websites and applications
  • Develop digital assets and web layouts that function seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
  • Collaborate with project management and functional area teams to deliver projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee timelines, revisions, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time project completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher)
  • Three years of full-time design experience creating both print and digital collateral
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Portfolio submission required
