Senior Product Designer

You will lead the design of internal case management tools, law firm portals, and client-facing experiences. Additionally, you will define the building blocks of Finch's earliest design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design On: Internal case management tools, law firm portals, client-facing experiences, brand and marketing site, and emerging AI surfaces
• Define the building blocks of our earliest design system at Finch
• Develop a shared language around quality and craft across design, product, and engineering

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer
• Thrive in ambiguous 0→1 environments and love designing with speed and intent
• Balance taste with iteration—you know when to polish and when to move
• Are a systems thinker who can untangle complex flows and make them intuitive
• Can flex across product, brand, and visual design as needed
• Care deeply about making complicated systems feel simple and human
