Corporate Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will drive the creative development and delivery of branding and marketing materials for Employer Solutions’ products. They will shape and enhance the visual identity across all channels and support various marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative development and delivery of branding and marketing materials
• Shape and enhance the visual identity of Employer Solutions across all channels and touchpoints
• Support a wide range of marketing activities
• Ensure all design output is innovative, impactful, and consistently aligned with our brand values and corporate identity
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of design projects from concept through to completion
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent
• Demonstrable capability to deliver high-quality print and digital assets
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• At least 7 years' experience in a commercially focused, agency or B2B environment
• High degree of fluency in written and spoken English
