As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will craft communications for multiple brands globally and ensure a cohesive user experience across marketing and product materials. You will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with external agencies to maintain a consistent identity across markets.
Responsibilities
- Crafting multi-brand communications globally and ensuring a cohesive user experience
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually striking designs
- Providing clear creative feedback and working closely with external agencies to maintain a consistent identity
- Mentoring junior and middleweight designers and serving as an inspirational design figure
- Leading the team of designers and ensuring creative alignment on market levels
- Delivering projects from start to finish and handling multiple projects at once
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a senior design role with agency experience as an advantage
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, hierarchy, space and color
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- A portfolio with an outstanding range of work, all with rationale and evidence of the process behind your ideas
- Motion design/basic video editing knowledge is a plus
- Excellent eye for detail, consistency and accuracy
- Technically able to edit and adapt artwork in various formats for all platforms
- Excellent communication skills/ability to translate and clearly communicate your ideas in English
