
The Graphic Designer will design and execute high-quality graphic work across all channels and develop visual systems for integrated campaigns. They will collaborate with creatives and designers to ensure work is visually strong and on-brief.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality graphic work across all channels
- Develop and apply visual systems that ensure consistency and craft across integrated campaigns
- Create typography-led layouts and refined compositions that elevate brand expression
- Take initial creative direction and translate it into polished, production-ready design
- Collaborate with creatives, designers and strategists to deliver work that is both visually strong and on-brief
- Prepare final artwork to a high production standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Support new business pitches with well-designed decks and visual assets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative or design agency
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
- Solid experience designing for OOH and multi-format campaigns
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- A clear understanding of production requirements and best practices across print and digital
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of craft and consistency
- A collaborative, detail-focused mindset with a desire to learn, share and improve
- Curiosity around using AI as part of the design process
