Product Designer (Mobile App)

The Product Designer will design and improve user-friendly interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design work with business objectives. They will also create high-quality visual assets and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces, ensuring alignment with user-centered design principles and brand standards.
- Independently create high-quality UI elements and visual assets that support product goals, while contributing to an iterative design process.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts, prototyping ideas, and validating solutions through design iterations.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design work with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Deliver detailed design specifications, mockups, and prototypes that facilitate efficient implementation by development teams.
- Incorporate feedback from usability testing, analytics, and user research into design improvements.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual design, composition, typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional design solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating diverse perspectives into your designs.
- Comfort with iterative design processes and working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with user research methods, wireframing, or usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts for smooth handoffs.
