
Product Designer (Client Portal)

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and improving user-friendly interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also lead brainstorming sessions and incorporate user insights into design improvements.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Design and improve user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces, ensuring alignment with user-centered design principles and brand standards
- Visual Asset Creation: Independently create high-quality UI elements and visual assets that support product goals, while contributing to an iterative design process
- Concept Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts, prototyping ideas, and validating solutions through design iterations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design work with business objectives and technical requirements
- Design Execution: Deliver detailed design specifications, mockups, and prototypes that facilitate efficient implementation by development teams
- User Insights Integration: Incorporate feedback from usability testing, analytics, and user research into design improvements
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual design, composition, typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- UI/UX Knowledge: Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and usability principles
- User-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional design solutions
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating diverse perspectives into your designs
- Adaptability: Comfort with iterative design processes and working in a fast-paced, agile environment
