As a Sr. Product Designer, you will improve the platform user experience and take new features from ideation to production. You will collaborate with various teams to create intuitive user experiences that align with the Finalis brand.
Responsibilities
- Work in a small team to iteratively improve the platform user experience
- Take new features from ideation to prototyping to user testing to production
- Design web and mobile web experiences that are simple and intuitive
- Participate in regular design reviews and seek out specific feedback on designs
- Use AI to generate prototypes and leverage AI within the design process
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Product Design experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a liberal arts degree from a top-tier university
- A growth mindset
- The capacity and desire to deliver in a fast-paced, AI-native software company
- Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
