Product Designer (Enterprise SaaS)

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing complex, enterprise-level SaaS systems, focusing on system-level workflows and multi-user platforms. They will contribute to the early platform vision and ensure high-quality user experiences across data-rich interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design complex, enterprise-level or SaaS systems
- Embody resourcefulness and pragmatic problem-solving
- Make strategic design decisions independently while keeping stakeholders informed
- Balance consistency with pragmatism: know when to follow the system and when the system needs to evolve
- Advocate for users without losing sight of business goals and technical realities
- Contribute to early platform vision, not just feature design
- Use AI to accelerate exploration, generate concepts, and drive conversations across the organization
Requirements
- Deep expertise in designing complex, enterprise-level or SaaS systems
- Experience with complex product ecosystems
- Portfolio showing experience with complex product ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with AI-accelerated design tools (Figma Make, Lovable, etc.)
- Experience with multi-role or multi-tenant platforms
- Experience with complex workflows with high user variability
- Experience with admin dashboards, control panels, operations tools, or mission-critical systems
- Experience with data visualization, configurable modules, or system-level product architecture
