Product Designer Senior | CRM Client Facing | Full Remote
Loft Remote (🇧🇷 São Paulo, Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, Brazil)
As a Product Designer, you will design user journeys and interfaces that are intuitive and scalable. You will explore problems, make evidence-based design decisions, and create high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Evolving core CRM flows with a focus on productivity and clarity
- Conducting discovery and transforming learnings into design decisions
- Designing UX/UI for complex products (including states, errors, and edge cases)
- Prototyping, validating, and iterating with evidence
- Creating modules from 0 to 1 and defining MVP and evolution
- Structuring modular experiences for different segments while maintaining standards
- Prioritizing and negotiating trade-offs based on impact with stakeholders
- Collaborating with Foundations on related topics for end-to-end consistency
Requirements
- Experience in B2B/SaaS and product development
- Ability to create modular experiences for different segments
- Strong foundation in UX/UI (information architecture, states, errors, edge cases)
- Ability to prioritize and negotiate trade-offs based on impact
- Validation and decision-making based on evidence (tests, experiments, analyses)
- Good communication and objective handoff with Engineering
