Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will create website experiences that drive conversions and improve Zello's web products. This includes collaborating with Marketing and Sales to acquire enterprise leads and enhancing usability across all Zello experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build compelling and user-focused experiences on Zello.com with Marketing and Sales to acquire and convert enterprise leads
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve and grow Zello’s web-based products
- Improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture across all Zello experiences
- Lead collaborative discovery and research on customers, end-users, and environments
- Facilitate ideation sessions and other workshops to align cross-functional teams
- Own design efforts from lo-fi to hi-fi and support QA efforts through release
- Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and quality in the design process
- Publish content on Zello.com and related sites
- Contribute towards and improve Zello’s Design System
