Hybrid $150,000 - $200,000 Full-time Senior

The Senior UX Designer will drive design strategy and serve as the design lead for major product pillars while mentoring other designers. They will also influence the implementation of the UI and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Design Strategy: Serving as the design lead for major product pillars, partnering with Product Management and Engineering leadership
  • Elevate the Craft: Taking a leadership role in evolving the design system, ensuring scalability across the entire platform
  • Champion the User: Developing and socializing a deep understanding of technical and marketing users, turning complex data workflows into elegant, intuitive customer experiences
  • Mentor & Multiply: Actively coaching and providing high-level feedback to other designers, raising the bar for quality and consistency
  • Bridge the Gap: Directly influencing the implementation of the UI by contributing to the front-end component library
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Leading design sprints, workshops, and critique sessions that align cross-functional stakeholders around user-centric solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing complex web-based applications from concept to launch
  • Enterprise Mastery: Proven experience navigating the complexities of enterprise-level product design
  • AI Native: Experience developing AI and AI Native applications, including the ability to do rapid prototyping and iterate with customers
  • Strategic Empathy: Using data and research to influence the product roadmap and business goals
  • Communication Excellence: Articulating the 'why' behind design decisions to executive stakeholders, engineering leads, and customers
  • Ambiguity Ownership: Creating clarity out of chaos and defining the path forward for others
  • Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in Figma and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or component libraries
