Senior Product Designer I

As a Senior Product Designer I, you will shape the buyer portal platform and design scalable portal experiences that support the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define the vision and advocate for a cohesive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and evolve the vision for HubSpot's buyer portal platform
- Design scalable portal patterns and systems that support the full customer lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally across HubSpot to align on shared platform decisions and influence outcomes
- Prototype, test, and iterate on concepts using research, usability testing, and rapid exploration
- Measure qualitative and quantitative outcomes to continuously refine designs and improve customer and business impact
Requirements
- Strong product design craft, demonstrated through a portfolio
- Experience designing complex, scalable, or platform-level product experiences
- End-to-end product thinking with the ability to connect workflows, edge cases, and cross-surface experiences
- Proven collaboration skills working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Research partners
