
Graphic Designer II

The Graphic Designer II will manage the Artwork Localization workflow, including artwork design, vendor management, and client relationships. They will also oversee the quality control of deliverables and communicate effectively with various internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Owns the Artwork Localization workflow (i.e., artwork design and creation, vendor management), schedules, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Assist with managing client expectations and relationships
- Reports Quality Control (QC) issues and manages deliverables
- Uploads assets to system management tools to ensure successful upload to Platform
- Maintains artwork specifications for all orders
- Liaises with partners and production teams to communicate needs and resolve issues
- Primary point of contact and escalation for artwork orders
- Analyzes, assesses, and reports production metrics
- Effectively communicates project and title level updates cross-functionally and with our internal and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Experience in managing content localization workflow required (Minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of localization workflows in the entertainment industry
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong design sensibility
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Suites: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
