The Senior Graphic Designer leads the design and production of creative assets across various formats, ensuring creative excellence on high-visibility projects. This role also involves providing visual leadership and mentorship within the Creative Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of creative assets across advertising, presentations, trade shows, and marketing collateral
  • Develop and apply visual systems, layouts, and graphic standards aligned to brand guidelines
  • Provide art direction, feedback, and design guidance to other designers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and approved AI-assisted tools to explore concepts and accelerate production

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong brand, campaign, and systems-level design
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
