Current Opening: Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visual content for various marketing materials and ensure all design work aligns with the company's brand standards. This includes designing digital and print assets, managing website updates, and collaborating with internal teams and print companies.

Responsibilities

• Creating and utilizing templates both for creative development and platform building
• Designing an array of digital and print assets including campaign concepts, banner ads, print pieces, website and social assets
• Creating designs for monthly newsletters, emails, and blogs
• Updating and managing the company websites
• Ensuring all design work aligns with PJ Morgan Real Estate's brand standards

Requirements

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience creating templates and presentations in Canva
• Experience designing, preparing, and delivering print-ready creative assets
• Keen artistic eye, ability to work within an existing brand but push the boundaries to make it their own
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Uncanny attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure
