Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Marketing Team and Attraction Teams to create engaging designs that drive attendance and enhance guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring high design standards and maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and Attraction Teams on a broad range of projects to drive attendance and guest satisfaction at Arizona Boardwalk attractions
• Manage multiple projects from conceptualization through completion, including design and managing print production
• Implement a high level of design standards, creating aesthetic solutions that are visually stunning and effective that enhance the guest experience throughout the destination
• Continue developing and maintaining brand/style guidelines for all the attractions
• Be able to interpret creative requests and follow up with requestor

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a professional graphic designer
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field from an accredited art school or university
• Strong understanding of the production skills and processes with a solid knowledge of graphic design principles, various printing techniques, and broad working knowledge of designing for web and digital assets
• Knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition, hierarchy with an eagle eye for details
• Fluent and efficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
• Excellent communicator and ability to present concepts to business leaders
