
The Product Designer will design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma, translating product requirements and research insights into practical design solutions. They will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma
- Translate product requirements and research insights into practical design solutions
- Design for both: Modern SaaS experiences Established on-premises products with technical and architectural constraints
- Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and implementation realities
- Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and consistency standards
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand user needs, business goals, and priorities
- Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately across platforms
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and cross-functional workshops
- Support usability testing and research activities
- Contribute to shared design systems, components, and patterns in Figma
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in UX or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX fundamentals and design thinking
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Experience designing for web-based or SaaS applications; exposure to on-prem products is a plus
- Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
- Fluent in written and spoken English
