Senior Product Designer (Full Remote)

The Senior Product Designer will translate value propositions into user experiences, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the customer journey. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance lead management and optimize conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Translate the value proposition into experience, ensuring clarity, consistency, and confidence throughout the funnel
- Design and evolve the B2B lead management experience, capturing, qualifying, enriching context, and routing for self-service or commercial approach
- Conduct continuous prototyping and validation cycles to guide design decisions with evidence
- Work in partnership with Product and Engineering to ensure viability, implementation quality, and continuous evolution of solutions
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, working with PM and Engineering, conducting end-to-end deliveries
- Experience in Growth routines, with multiple fronts and focus on performance and experimentation
- Ability to design and evolve flows and journeys with a focus on clarity and conversion
- Strong foundation in information architecture and UI, with attention to consistency and scalability
- Rapid prototyping and validation skills
