As a UX Designer, you will lead the design aspects to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will conduct user research and work closely with product management and engineering to build impactful products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design aspects to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Work with a cross-functional team of product manager and engineers
- Conduct user research to ensure the customer’s voice is incorporated into the design process
- Design scalable solutions that meet the needs of individual miners and large hosting providers alike
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistent branding and usability across all products
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- 3+ years of product design experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates experience designing modern user interfaces (UIs) and interactions
- Able to leverage research and data to support design recommendations
- Experience with mobile and responsive design
- Solid communication skills with an ability to collaborate compassionately and inclusively with cross-functional partners
