The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process, evolving and refining the product suite while transforming complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Collaboration with Product Owners, Managers, Developers, and Designers is essential to maintain and scale the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process - from early concepts to production-ready solutions
- Evolve and refine our product suite while maintaining and improving existing interfaces
- Transform complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers
- Help build, maintain, and scale our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Contribute to strengthening and maturing our design culture
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Designer in an agile environment
- A track record of shipping digital products, with strong skills in responsive web design and design systems
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma is a plus)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking
- A commitment to high‑quality, user‑centered design and clear communication
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with empathy for users and teammates
- The ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Excellent communication skills in English
