Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences: Own the full design process from discovery and concept to delivery across complex, multi-step workflows
- Design for usability at scale: Translate advanced technical concepts into clear, intuitive user flows
- Shape operational workflows: Design experiences that support user’s operational needs
- User research & problem framing: Engage with users and enterprise stakeholders to understand technical constraints
- Collaborate deeply with engineering: Work closely with PMs and engineers throughout discovery and delivery
- Design systems & foundations: Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system
- Raise the design bar: Champion strong usability principles, shared language, and design-led thinking
Requirements
