As an Associate UX Designer, you will apply a user-centered design approach to consumer-facing digital products and collaborate with developers to ensure design goals are met. You will also conduct usability testing and leverage user feedback to influence design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Apply a user-centered design approach to consumer-facing digital products
- Assist with the development and implementation of designs by collaborating with developers
- Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct usability testing sessions and other methods for obtaining relevant feedback from users
- Leverage data and user feedback to drive and influence design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of experience in related field
- 2+ years’ experience in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with designing across multiple platforms and devices
- Experience with web analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Fullstory)
- Experience with rapid design tools, such as Figma and Adobe XD, Invision
- Understanding of User interface design, information architecture, graphic design
