UX Designer
Bb Agency Remote (🇭🇷 Grad Buzet, Istria County, Croatia)
You will design workflows for a high-density HR & Payroll SaaS, focusing on complex financial interfaces for power users. This includes mapping out payroll processes and creating prototypes for user testing.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create digital experiences: transitioning projects from discovery to prototypes
- Complex Workflow Design: mapping out the end-to-end journey of running payroll for 50,000 employees
- Legacy Translation: analyzing old legacy screens and designing better versions
- High-Density UI: designing interfaces that handle large data tables, complex forms, and dense information hierarchies
- Prototyping & Testing: building clickable prototypes in Figma and validating assumptions with real users
- Design System Stewardship: contributing to the internal UI Kit and ensuring consistent behavior
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Design
- Mastery of Complexity: simplifying dashboards, data tables, or multi-step configuration wizards
- Information Architecture: organizing navigation menus with 4 levels of depth without confusing users
- Spanish Language: reading the Spanish interface of the legacy app is a huge advantage
- Problem solver: researching new ideas and improving current solutions
- Accountable: strong sense of commitment, accountability, and ownership
- Communication: easily communicating with team members and clients
