Lead the design of user-facing experiences across the Fanatics ecosystem, focusing on platform and SDK-powered design. Advocate for consistency and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create reusable components.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Experience Design for Platform and Ecosystem Surfaces
  • Design cross-tenant, user-facing experiences delivered through the Fanatics ONE SDK
  • Translate complex platform and product requirements into clear, scalable interaction models
  • Define how core ecosystem experiences show up consistently while allowing for appropriate brand expression at the tenant level
  • Create modular, reusable UX patterns and components that reduce duplicate design and engineering work

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile
  • Strong background in systems design, platform design, or design systems
  • Experience designing identity, authentication, loyalty, payments, or rewards experiences
  • Proven ability to design reusable components that scale across multiple products and teams
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and understanding frontend and platform constraints
