The Senior Product Designer will lead the full design lifecycle, from discovery to final UI, while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. They will also contribute to the design system and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Leading the full design lifecycle: discovery, research, concepting, prototyping, usability testing, UI/visual design, and delivery
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem spaces and shape product strategy
- Contributing to Beyond’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite
- Gathering and using quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product strategy and design improvements
- Conducting User Research activities, such as user interviews, usability tests, concept validations, and heuristic reviews
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience in SaaS, B2B, or data-rich products
- Proven ability to drive data-informed product decisions
- End-to-end ownership, from problem framing to final UI
- Deep experience with Figma
- Experience contributing to design systems
- Experience with data visualization or information-heavy interfaces
