Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the UX of Garner’s search and chatbot experience, focusing on search initiation, results, doctor profiles, and booking experiences. They will also conduct UX research to inform strategic planning and guide the team's direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX of Garner’s search and chatbot experience
• Plan and conduct UX research to build a deep empathy with members
• Drive forward looking UX strategy and vision for the Search Area
• Partner with product to shape strategy and scope for the area and within projects
• Partner tightly with engineering to achieve perfection in delivery of new experiences

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience shipping consumer-facing products, including mobile products on iOS and/or Android
• Proven experience driving UX strategy and vision for a team, while also delivering elegant user experiences
• Mastery of conducting user research and leveraging findings to impact strategy and product direction
• Strong ownership mindset
• Highly refined aesthetic sense and preference for simple and clean experiences
• Excellent communication skills
• Humble and user-focused approach to design
• Ability to deliver candid, constructive feedback to peers
