The UX Researcher will conduct competitor and market research to understand user behaviors and needs, analyze existing user interfaces, and collaborate with teams to enhance user experiences. They will also test and validate design concepts through various methods and document research findings for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor and market research to understand user behaviors, flows, pain points, and needs
- Analyze existing user interfaces and the design of current solutions
- Utilize tools like Visily or Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Visily, Figma, and similar design tools
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
