
The Senior UX Researcher will own and drive research roadmaps, conducting various types of research to define new opportunities and influence product strategy. They will lead research activities in a fluid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate early-stage product development challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive research road maps with multi-phase projects
- Design and conduct research to define new opportunities and influence strategy across the product cycle
- Lead research activities in a fluid environment with mixed methods
- Apply a mixed-methods approach by selecting and applying ethnographic field studies, diary studies, contextual inquiries, usability testing
- Synthesize insights, recommendations through narratives, design principles, and frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
- Experience with research design applying qualitative research methods
- Experience working in 0-1 setting, launching new products from the ground up
- Experience in the generative AI space
