Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative solutions and marketing materials, leading creative production on projects, and assisting the Art Director and Sr. Graphic Designer. They will manage complex design projects from conception through production while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Attend, participate and contribute to project and launch meetings
• Offer conceptual design and production solutions based on strategies in relation to client needs
• Develop and maintain vendor relations, and work with external vendors regarding the coordination of any graphics not produced at Access
• Plan/schedule internal/external resources to meet client commitments, deadlines, and budgets
• Maintain advanced design skills and a broad knowledge of current design and production techniques
• Manage and oversee complex design projects from conception through production
• Ensure that all projects are done within time and material budgets, while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Support graphics for portables program
• Ability to learn and utilize Access’ proprietary software programs
• Support internal projects related to branding, company-wide meetings, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or related field is strongly preferred
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences or medical device branding experience helpful
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a design / studio environment
• Strong working knowledge of and experience with the following Mac OS programs: Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Acrobat, Microsoft Office
