Support the creative team in developing visual assets for various projects, including marketing campaigns and product launches. Manage design files and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the creative team in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communication.
- Create layouts for digital newsletters, social media content, website banners, and e-commerce assets.
- Assist with the rollout of artwork for print materials including point-of-sale displays, and signage.
- Adapt existing designs to various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative briefs.
- Manage and organise design files and ensure proper archiving of completed projects.
- Follow brand guidelines and help maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Assist with photo editing, image retouching, and basic motion or video graphics (if applicable).
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience, including internships or freelance projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in both print and digital design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
- Understanding of design for newsletters, social media, and websites.
- Strong eye for typography, colour, composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Key Skills
