Graphic Designer (Performance Ads)

Create high-performing static and motion-based ad creatives for various platforms. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize ads based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing static and motion-based ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Develop performance-driven creative concepts focused on CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention rather than aesthetics alone
• Edit short- and long-form video ads, including UGC-style, story-led, and performance-focused content
• Use AI tools to efficiently produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize based on performance data

Requirements

• Proven experience creating paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, or TikTok
• Strong portfolio showcasing real ad examples, including testing, iterations, or performance learnings
• Ability to design and edit both static and motion-based creatives, including short-form video formats
• Performance-driven mindset: understanding that success is measured by CTR, CPA, ROAS with a clear focus on attention and hook performance
