Responsibilities
- Design intuitive AI-powered experiences
- Lead end-to-end design across discovery, concept development, and delivery
- Direct and oversee tasks such as persona development, needs analysis, and prototyping
- Guide and influence cross-functional teams and senior clients
- Evaluate and improve existing digital products with a focus on usability, inclusivity, and accessibility
Requirements
- Experience in UX, Service, or Product Design
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts to various audiences
- Experience with User-Centred Design methodologies
- Experience with design software such as Figma
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and data privacy principles
