Design merchant-facing tools and lead UX initiatives for merchandising platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive experiences that enhance decision-making for merchants.
Responsibilities
- Design Merchant-Facing Tools: Lead UX initiatives for core merchandising and replenishment platforms
- Translate Complexity Into Clarity: Partner directly with merchants to turn intricate merchandising and supply chain decisions into intuitive, actionable experiences
- Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate as an embedded member of product, engineering, data, and business squads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, or related area and 3 yearsâ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design
- Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate)
- Driving product development in a user experience area
Key Skills
- Senior-level UX experience designing complex enterprise or platform tools
- Demonstrated expertise in interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and visual systems
- Strong domain curiosity or experience in merchandising, buy planning, pricing, assortment, and supplier/regional strategies
