Senior Product Designer, Growth

Own growth design across key funnels, including onboarding, activation, upgrades, and expansion surfaces. Partner with Product and Engineering to define strategy, roadmap, and hypotheses for growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own growth design across key funnels, including onboarding, activation, upgrades, and expansion surfaces
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define strategy, roadmap, and hypotheses for growth initiatives
• Design and iterate on experiments, systems, and new product experiences
• Create intuitive, elegant flows that help users reach value quickly
• Balance rapid experimentation with thoughtful, long-term design strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with a focus on growth, monetization, and onboarding
• A portfolio that demonstrates clear user and business impact, beyond polished visuals
• Experience designing for funnels, experiments, and metrics, with the ability to interpret results thoughtfully
• Strong interaction design, visual craft, and prototyping skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Comfort conducting lightweight research, usability testing, and validation independently
