Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design for major product initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to turn ideas into high-impact releases. Design intuitive and accessible experiences across Bree’s mobile and web products, focusing on clarity and usability.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design for major product initiatives, from problem framing and discovery through execution and launch
• Partner with different stakeholders to turn ambiguous ideas into scoped, high-impact releases
• Design intuitive, accessible experiences across Bree's mobile and web products
• Use research, data, and direct customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate on solutions
• Create and evolve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer digital products in fast-paced environments
• Strong end-to-end product design experience, spanning UX, interaction design, and visual design
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
• Excellent product thinking, with a clear sense of what matters most to users and the business
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints and tradeoffs
