Product Designer at Aios Medical — Remote, $80k-$140k/yr inc equity
Aios Medical (yc W20/s21) Remote (🇽🇰 District of Prishtina, Fushë Kosovë, Kosovo)
You will take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently, from problem definition to shipped solution. This includes designing customer-facing web and mobile app experiences as well as improving internal tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Senior product design ownership: taking ownership of design work across products and running projects independently
- Customer apps: designing and improving customer-facing web and mobile app experiences
- Internal tools and workflows: working on internal products used by clinical, ops, enrollment, and CX teams
- Complex problem solving: working on products with real commercial and regulatory constraints
- Business and user understanding: starting from the business problem and the user need
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile, including customer-facing mobile apps
- Experience working on products where design decisions are shaped by regulation, compliance, legal requirements, or strong business rules
- Ownership and execution: ability to take loosely defined problems and run with them
- Practical craft: care about clarity and usability more than surface-level polish
- Clear thinking and communication: ability to clearly explain what problem you were solving, why certain decisions were made, and what tradeoffs were involved
