Acceleration Center - Advisory National - UX Designer - Manager

As a UX Designer Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will design user flows, prototypes, and system-aligned interfaces while collaborating closely with product and engineering partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype end-to-end experiences across responsive web and native
- Build and refine components using the Concourse design system in Figma
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure implementation of high-fidelity designs
- Run usability tests and apply insights to continuously improve designs
- Contribute to system libraries and documentation for shared patterns
- Participate in agile sprints and design reviews, providing constructive feedback
Requirements
- +5 years of UX or product design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong foundation in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Comfort collaborating in agile product teams
- Portfolio showing real shipped work and impact on user experience
