Jr. UX Designer

The Jr. UX Designer will create wireframes and user flows, assist with user research, and collaborate with the design team on client projects. This role focuses on building thoughtful digital experiences while learning from experienced designers.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, well-structured wireframes that solve user and business problems
- Design user flows, site maps, and information architecture documentation
- Build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review
- Translate research insights into functional wireframe solutions
- Document interaction patterns, specifications, and requirements
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
- Assist with user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing
- Help synthesize findings into insights and user personas
- Support competitive analysis and journey mapping
- Participate in stakeholder sessions
- Work with senior designers to refine and develop your work
- Participate in client presentations and design critiques
- Partner with developers on implementation
- Contribute to design system development
Requirements
- 1+ years of UX design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Portfolio demonstrating solid wireframing skills and UX process
- Genuine curiosity about user behavior and what makes people tick
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in UX
- Clear communication skills
- Awareness of current UX trends, tools, and industry resources
