Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will focus on design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences across multiple websites. You will collaborate with engineering teams to maintain the component library and uphold standards for visual polish and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design System Strategy – identify opportunities to strengthen and scale our unified design system across multiple websites
• Component Design & Evolution – create new components and patterns, refine existing ones, and define variations (responsive behavior, states, accessibility, content rules)
• Documentation & Specifications – produce clear specs and usage guidance (anatomy, behaviors, do/don’t, content and layout guidance)
• Implementation Partnership – work closely with engineering and web publishing teams throughout the build cycle

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in experience design, with meaningful emphasis on design systems and component-based design for web
• A portfolio with case studies demonstrating strong visual design and animation principles, systems thinking, and platform work (components, patterns, documentation, and cross-team adoption)
• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, libraries, auto layout, tokens or token-like approaches) and comfort creating scalable, maintainable design libraries
